I am a new to cyber with zero past experience - my last run at this via this site was to go through the pre sec and cyber 101 - which i did, but in all honesty a feel i did not absorb. I may have miss-used the process tryhack me have presented. If i am honest with myself, i have gone through the course materials and answered the questions and gained the certs - but trying any of the rooms i feel like i am looking at hieroglyphics. On my recent return, i sat the sec1 course and failed first attempt. So i done the SEC0 and passed. But i feel liek there is a massive gap in my understanding to re-attempt my sec1 - Long winded but here is my question - is there a structure that anyone uses for example, do x amopunt of the coursework, then jump into the rooms and apply based on what you have learnt?
