I’m a beginner, and I have absolutely no knowledge about “hacking”, or even anything regarding that matter. Regardless, I still went through the difficult path.

I downloaded TOR, and I checked something called “dread”. There I found a link that directed me to telegram. It was about a hacker willing to hack any snapchat account. He looked sketchy, but I was desperate.

He promised to only hack through the username, but he mentioned that information such as, location, phone number, email, and passwords would help significantly. I gave him the username and my ex’s email. An hour later he replied with a preview, and it shocked me.

It was a self destructing video, but it shook me to my core. The guy was filming with another phone, his main one was mounted on a phone mount. He opened his phone, got into snapchat, and he typed my username with his fingers, and he pasted the password. He got it, and I saw the snapchat page. My Bitmoji was visible on the corner, and it looked so fucking legit.

I’m certain that it wasn’t AI. He’s asking for a payment to give me the credentials, and he provided me with another choice of sharing a link and inviting 15 people.

I’m conflicted. This isn’t unethical since it’s my account. But could it be real? If so then how?

ChatGPT didn’t give me anything for some reason so I need actual help from professionals.
