Would you guys suggest getting a laptop which has graphic card? Rtx 5050 or above

Or even without graphic card it would work work? My main goal is Threat Hunting, Intelligence and analysing and playing with Malwares.

Lovely that worked out for you but a GPU is not a requirement and in the case the cost is more than double it is not a great suggestion especially when the person will be paying a large amount already for their education. Additionally, while it may have worked for you if someone is interested in using tools like Hashcat and GPU-intense software, I would not suggest a laptop nor would I suggest it specificall for the case of University. If it is a topic that interests you, sure; and in the case their university features such topics they would already know the answer to the question they asked
