The only one caveat to that would be if you want to minimise binary size as much as possible or deep OS integration but other then that Flutter is quite well-suited for many projects. If it doesn't work for your project then simply seperate your core logic and native UIs so you can implement natives per platform without having to worry about overlapping UI conventions
