when you say reseat, do you mean putting the RAM back in place

you would need to do so yes, check the display port first, then new cable, then reseat the RAM

I use HDMI not display port (unless I'm being dumb as usual)

Also, this is the third HDMI cable I've tested now. Still no display...

I feel like a System Config crash, and the whole "Startup Recovery and Advanced Recovery not working" stuff is NOT caused by my refresh rate. Unless you are suggesting a minimal "here's the display to fix the rest of it"?

yeah my homelab optiplexes don't like hdmi. I get bad resolution and whatnot

oh no it works great with display port. I have an entire AD server running off of it now. Even when I was installing an OS it didn't like hdmi tho

i dont like cables , i got servers to including one of those optiplex and i just VNC in all of them XD

all result in nothing being displayed

and I don't have a display port cable.

Its not a monitor problem i am afraid , if he is getting a no signal then it means its the Pc itself and got some serious issues (speciallu considering the fact that he tried 3 HDMI cables)

if the light is off, that means it's not reading/writing any data on the disk
