If you know absolutely nothing about C or C++ then use cppreference.com (you will need to read documentation) and follow a tutorial. While you’re learning the language, think of how you might apply certain features in certain scenarios like using a for loop to iterate through a list of fruits picking out only apples. Then start thinking of programs to make or look up some online.

It’s just a continuous back and forth between Learn and Apply.

When I was in 3/4th grade doing HTML/CSS and publishing to free web hosts and whatnot I used w3schools which was fine, but when I was in 5/6th grade doing JS and PHP it was all google and SO. Essentially, what I learned in 4 years on my own you can teach in 6 months to 1 year with new training stuff
