Install Ghidra or Ida Free and go look at some small executables. Try to understand what you are looking at, look up everything you don't understand.

Will be a bit of a pain at first, but you'll get better at it relatively quickly.

Also there's a lot of general rev eng/ghidra/Ida tutorials on Youtube.

Those will help a lot as well.

A huge problem is you don't know what to learn, so you start watching stuff, but then you find people teaching you bad habits but you don't know that.

You know in cyberpunk, that one mission where you have to enter that warehouse filled with enemies. The one where you're supposed to go in silently. When it first released, I went on the top of that building with Panam's rifle where it still had the insane punch through right, and I killed all of the enemies through the walls

Then you take 3 times longer to get it all and understand it and waste a lot of time doing it.

And then no one believes you know anything because you don't have a certificate.
