the concept of Echo itself is not a bad idea in any way. it is very good idea to have an easy to use and access tool for users to get some assistance on rooms they are struggling with as well as feedback on rooms they did struggle with. however, the lack of communication on both sides especially when users were concerned over GDPRA13 caused some of the outrage and unfortunately caused the younger folk which are more common in THM to act immaturely and take things WAY too far. users did not transparently communicate their worries through official channels, primarily arguing in general even when asked not to do so; and THM did not hastily and transparently address the communities worries and also removed some community members unjustly and have since not addressed their removals. it is an unfortunate situation I hope to not occur again.
