I've never purchased drugs but I know people who have and funnily enough some dealers do care, unfortunately a lot don't. I've heard of dealers who refused to sell weed to someone because they were worried that they were smoking to escape mental health issues which is obviously another factor that could contribute to the forming of an addiction. Many dealers aren't like that though and only see the money unfortunately
