if youre having so many issues with motivation and procrastination and nothing is helping id seek professional help. We cant really help with that, especially if its possibly ADHD or something similar.
In the meantime you can try fidget toys during studying time and really figure out what you wanna do in the future, cause if you wanna be a game dev or a pro player then sure gaming a lot is gonna help you but in other cases - its not worth it to waste so much time on it, leave it for relaxation times and youd appreciate it instead of being addicted

A little bit, but the main thing is that I put pressure on myself by thinking that I have to study for many hours, but I collapse after an hour.

and studying isnt really a set in stone process, no one can tell you how long you should be doing it for. if youre putting so much pressure on yourself youll get burned out quickly and you wont really learn anything which will result in frustration. You gotta test what works for you and remember to take breaks
