you are mistaken - i used the attackbox not my personal kali for that room, because i couldnt bind responder to the right ports on my personal kali, due to already having SMB active on the host system

(kali is in wsl, host windows has shares)

this was an attackbox issue

anyway that specific issue isnt important

i had no trouble completing the room its long done
