.venv is basically a "virtual enviorment" as most peoppe choose to name it. Basically you isolate all your module and packages in this sandbox, such that you don't pollute the global space.

The moment you install a package globally then if you didn't have a sandbox for each project then you could collude your versions of the packages. These keeps things nice and clean, stable to specific versions.

the same level of talent can have a job instantly or not find a job for a year;

talent is important but at the end of the day its human markets and those fluxuate all the time outside of any 1 person's control;

i am still looking for work when if i had the skills i have now during covid i would have gotten a job nearly instantly;

100% - pretty much every job I've gotten has been because of people i've known

i was qualified for all the jobs, but knowing the people (or at least the right recruiter) is what got my resume to the top of the stack
