I really recommend talking to an advisor of some sort about it. From what I know though: A cybersecurity degree will teach you more on the specific tools and processes used in security and, depending on the program, you could also get some certifications during it like Security+. It really depends on the cybersecurity program your university has. A computer science degree is more programming and theory focused and would probably warrant some self study to gain security specific skills, but has many different career paths you can take if you later want to get out of cybersecurity. Some computer science programs allow you to have a concentration like security, machine learning, etc. so that could also be an option if your university has it. Again, I would talk to an academic advisor about it.
