The purpose of that script was to bypass Antivirus/Anti-malware detection, which it was able to run the first time, second time after offline scan and restart, Windows flagged it->contained. I got the malware from a trusted mp3 site, awful experience.

Okay, I just woke up so I need a little bit of time. I have an idea how he could have gotten access to your password without compromising your phone. Compromising a phone is generally not that easy. About the contact list I am not so sure.
The most important steps are for you to change passwords etc. (probably including banking login) from a definitely uncompromised device. Then run malware scans on all your devices. Then potentially clean up or even wipe the devices.

Make sure he didnt change any recovery emails or similar so he can't get back into your accounts.
