2. Study for max for 4 hours at a stretch, then rest your brain for 2 hours (your neurons in your brain get tired and then you just waste time <<<< Number one mistake in Cyber)
3. Outside is good
4. Remember everyone is different, learns things in different order, it's okay to rest. Cyber has a habit of being very very unhealthy
