The target machine's IP should be at the top of the page and also where it shows you the credentials for RDP. Have to wait for the box to boot up first, though. usually takes about a minute to show the IP

For example, if they're looking for you to start doing cloud work, they'll pay for cloud training and certifications to bump you into a new role.

Quite common to do Masters degrees with much older people and usually it's because their company wants them to move into a manager or senior role and to do so they need the degree.

It's frowned upon to go into a job, get them to pay for your certs and then use that to move on (to a new company) but not uncommon for people to do it
