Okay so, first thing you want to do it have a Github profile, make on if you dont. After that you want to find a jekyll theme that speaks to you, i liked Chirpy because it looked clean. Following their guide to setting it up was nice, and also that website is going to be important for the future. But basically all you need to do is make a repository based off of this template, and name it your_GitHub_username.github.io. clone it to your local machine, go hog wild editing _config.yml, add a post to the _posts/ directory, and viola you have a site. The chirpy.cotes.page site has a few tutorials on the different things you can do with your sites as well, like adding a favicon and such

what i understood was, its when a website allows redirects, but doesnt account for the fact that the redirects may be outside of its own domain. So an attacker can use some reputable websites domain name with their own URL to redirect to their own website of choice for malicious purposes.

Id advise journalling and always remembering that as humans, we have the innate ability to be happy and adapt to any situtaiton we go.
