I'm with Timo on this, Bug Bounty is really not a reliable source of income. A lot of people are much more knowledgeable, automate things, etc. It's not a quick buck when you think of things like spending all the time just to find a duplicate.

You hear a lot about it in clickbaity youtube vids, or you see some huge payout for a specific bug bounty. The sad truth, unless you're lucky, is that a lot of things are very specifically automated by people who do sucessfully spend their career collecting bug bounties.

I think you're going to see more positions like that open, reviewers, QA, etc, when factoring how much more of AI is used generally within IT/software houses/etc, maybe a bigger focus on source code reviews from a pentesting PoV, but who knows really. It's a very dynamic field
