i have computer science but UG so, I don't really have security related stuff, just coding and project management stuff, so.. can't just enter yet right..,

I strongly recommend you work in IT for at least 2 years before you make the jump to security. The deeper you understand a single domain, the more valuable you can be from the security side.
If your company has a security department, ask if you can shadow someone and see if the fit is actually right for you.

I worked initially for the Navy so security was a heavy part of my job and I enjoyed it a lot

There are definitely security roles in GRC and in the SOC that make me very, very deeply unhappy. There are other tasks and roles that I enjoy a lot and that I am extremely competent in

So I went from network engineering and architecture to security engineering pretty easily

Now I'm slowly transitioning to pen testing

It's a spectrum, but all the sec jobs that I've enjoyed, I have knowledge from non-security background stuff that has been invaluable
