I see more context in your chat history, use another machine to rotate passwords to all accounts you still have access to if possible, ensure MFA is enabled, etc. Your local machine will be more difficult to immediately remediate and getting access to any lost accounts is going to require you to get in touch with official support for each vendor

I would recommend disconnecting that machine from the network immediately if you truely believe it is comprimised
