yeah, i have to spend 4 years doing undergrad (they said i have to enroll at a top university to even be considered, top ones like ivy league), i then have to do med school which is 4 years(at somewhere prestigious, or top), then i have to do fellowship which is 1 to 2 years, then i have to do residency for 7 years minimum, 1 year of general surgery internship and 6 years of neurological training, i have to be at the top 10, to top 1 percent of students, , that's about 15-17 years after high school
