I can't comment too much on the Red bulls, though they're like a cup of Vietnamese coffee I'd say so it's not too bad, four cups is equivalent to that. Be worse if you had two six cups of Cuban coffee a shift as that would be over 400 very quickly

Just make sure to use a coffee like la llave, pilon or cafe bustelo when you make Cuban coffee for the more authentic flavor. You can also use some Italian coffees. Just don't use that probably mainly robusta coffee you have otherwise you risk a lot on your health
