my macbook pro is cooked. It's honestly incredible. I love Linux (I use Windows out of obligation ) but the hardware has been awesome and MacOS is honestly not too bad at all; I've seen people saying it's horrible to handle but I guess having used Linux myself for some time now has made me more used to non-Windows environments lol

Other than cybersec I also really like to build apps and am working on some research projects, so being able to work on all of them reliably on a single machine it's an absolute game changer :)

I think theres nothing really comparable in the laptop space for build quality, I do wish they still offered an intel processor option. Also the way they are made can sometimes be a negative, like the macbook pros are beautiful and the screens look great, but the way that the screen is barely seperated to the keyboard and trackpad when you close the laptop sucks when you close your laptop on the zipper from your hoodie like I did. I didnt even shut it hard or anything but it completely broke the display so i have to bring a monitor into bed with me if im wanting to go on my laptop

Yeah there are some cool tools posted on those kinds of forums sometimes. Someone gave me the. name of a telegram bot a while ago that is useful for OSINT investigations that searches through terabytes of leaked databases for user credentials based on a keyword like a name or ssn or phone number. If a tool is out there thats used by black hat hackers and skids its worth having access to and checking out for other uses. The databases it searches come from crime but once they're distributed enough its almost public info imo
