We did a lot of thinking on this and I wouldn't agree, not fully. It's a different cert than OSCP, and as far as we can tell for now, out of the users who tested it, it was methodology missing, not necessarily technical skill. It's not a "gimme", that's for sure. We had one person fail miserably after passing OSCP two weeks prior, they actually aced it on the retake.
