Okay, let's say someone comes in with exactly the right mindset and no prior experience. They go through all of the disparate terminology and topics vomited out on that page and think that it makes them a cyber security expert (per the title). They'll be missing a huge amount of information and more importantly context.
On top of that they still won't have any actual experience.

If you want to give beginners a roadmap, find one written by someone who actually knows what they're talking about -- and preferably one that is actually, y'know, a roadmap.

e.g., (and assuming basic technical competency):
Start with overthewire to pick up some Linux. Learn about hypervisors, the difference between type 1 and type 2, and how to install a type 2 hypervisor. Learn to deploy different systems + the different types of virtual networking. Install Kali, do some scripting challenges -- especially involving ports and protocols.
