UDP won't cause a delay, it'll just skip to the next packet

Well, BSL stands for Bio Safety Level, where BSL-1 would be small stuff like chickenpox to non-infectious strains of E. coli, where BSL-2 would include stuff that CAN pose risk but not really that big of a deal, basically wild strains. BSL-3 is like..high risk of infection or large mortality rate, such viral pathogens included would be rabies, influenza, and the list goes on. BSL-4 would include the worst of the worst, think smallpox, although only 2 labs in the ENTIRE world are known to contain this virus.
