I always found workstation to be much more point and shoot. Things just work compared to Vbox. USB pass through for example. Networking editor is easier too imo

VMware I found to have a lot more technicality, with things like networking or passthroughs (especially with GPUs), and I vaguely remember there being a bunch more settings and steps to go through for certain things

Albeit VB is absolutely ass for anything beyond basic VM deployment, since it's ill maintained
