So, update: I did some more testing with the salt. I made a cappucino this time, not a straight espresso. So you got the sweetness from the milk and the bean, with a slight saltyness from, well, the salt. It did mute the bitterness a bit from the bean, I can definently taste the difference, but it is really a balancing act with how much salt you put in
