Yup, no protocol gurantees you the broadcast order accurately, even on Ethernet. Switches forward broadcasts instantly without sequencing. Then Wi-Fis wireless nature adds more unpredictability. Both rely on whats best aka “best effort,” not any guarantees to follow the same order.

vim is actually really easy for the basics. Command mode vs Insert Mode. You’re in Command by default. Press i to get to insert and type away. Press [Esc] to get back to Command Mode. And do a :wq and you’ve write and quit out of the file after making changes

Theres a great program for android called Invizible Pro on GitHub / FDroid. It creates a VPN which uses Tor. So basically free, without any hidden catch. It also supports I2P, DNSCrypt, KillSwitch, and you can whitelist any site or app that will block you for using Tor (for example banking apps just to be sure). It can redirect ALL traffic through Tor, not just app traffic. You can also see network requests in real time.
