In this reply he spoofs his MAC address to MAC of some other device which is on the same subnet that he wants to impersonate. Since these replies are broadcast messages they will reach all devices on a subnet including switch . Switch will then update it's MAC table and will start sending packets to the spoofed device instead of the real recipient . But again there're security features that will prevent this , some of them are enabled by default depending on the network gear manufacturer 🙂 .

So if you found a device that was already paid for premium, you could spoof the MAC address and also have premium.
