If you mean corporate/business scope then use MDM, that’s the solution for both iOS and Android

Typically that’s done in tandem with business purchased phones though, so if you don’t already have that, MDM is going to be both difficult and or a hard sell

Requires working with your carrier, applying certificates, and basically fully managing a phone as a managed work device

not to mention having an MDM solution in the first place. But really this all depends on what scope you actually mean

but biggest hangup, this isn’t something you can just roll out without issue to existing phones, being MDM enrolled generally means wiping the device

Subodh, here's my advise to you. If you want to practice or get examples of "real" web hacking, do this.

Install a hypervisor of some kind. VirtualBox, VMWare Workstation, Hyper-V, Qemy, don't care, doesn't matter.

Get a good OS .iso - I recommend Linux, maybe Kali, whatever works for you. You can use Windows, but you'll have problems with widening your horizons that way.

Install Docker if it isn't installed already, or maybe set up an internal network with some Intentionally Vulnerable Machines like OWASP BWA, and launch a few locally hosted webapps that are designed to teach you how this stuff works instead of doing something stupid like trying to hack random websites.
