One thing about online services, like email: the TOS of the service is that you don't actually own anything. Hacking your own account is absolutely against the TOS, and is illegal as you would be acting outside the boundaries you agreed to my using the email.

Using the support processes is the only legal way to recover your account.

I'm not from support so what I'm saying it's just my own opinion. I forgot a couple of time to do rooms, but I didn't go to support because it was my fault. I'm under the impression that the streak reset it's for when you lose your streak because issues on the site, not because you forgot.
