Oh hey, this was me a while back with a much higher HR to boot. I cut my sodium waaaaaay down and increased my water intake. Also increased my fiber significantly and was at a calorie deficit for a while. Lost weight and am healthy again. High BP sucks. Make sure you optimise your notes so that you can look back on them:)

If you can search through your notes and get the topic you want in the first couple of searches, your notes are going to be the most beneficial for you later on.

If you move to a note taking application like Obsidian, you can add hashtags to the document. These hashtags can be used to list everything relevant in the lesson, i.e. Red Team, Blue Team, Windows, Linux, Privilege Escalation, Reverse Engineering etc.

Then, you can just search through hash tags later down the line inside of searching each document 😉

You can do something similar in Notion but it would involve setting up a table with a database and adding a listbox

Take advantage of the tools available. It's better to do it now than having to transfer your notes over later. Personal preference of course! It's completely your choice

I am one who fell victim to .txt files, now I have 100s of text files from different rooms that are unusable because it's quicker to use Google to get my answer than go through my notes 😆
