Obsidian : is online if you pay for it (it's locally stored but you can synchronize between devices if you take the subscription)
As it's locally stored, it's unlimited space : you can store also videos.
Notion (for instance) is clouded so it's limited, even if you pay for it, there is a limitation that's once reached, you'll need another subscription upgrade ...
