I would highly recommend stretching.

Get a resistance band and just slowly lift your arm up and down. If you lift it straight in front for 8 sets, then lift it out to your side, it will help with the pain.
My stepfather was also in an accident that ended up tearing his shoulder and he waited too long to get it treated, had to go through a bunch of surgeries

They need to be the same type and clock speed.

If they are not the same type they won’t fit if they are not the same clock speed it will downgrade the highest to the lowest and you are likely to run into other issues.

Also you need to be sure that you are using your channels effectively

My advice is like @mellow narwhal said - Python 🙂 . It's beginner friendly and used for a wide range of use cases from embeded to web dev . Grasp fundamentals and programming concepts with it and then see which field best suits you and where you want to pursue career in and then focus only on it 🙂
