So I'll give you the quick run down then.
Docker (synonymous with WSL2 for this purpose specifically) virtualizes its own network, and the VM isn't aware of the hardware, real network interface etc.
So if you want to host a service on a Docker container, you generally on the host (Windows in this case) setup a rule that says "If you see somethin on port <n> forward it to the interface for the WSL2 Virtual machine"

Docker makes this easy by abstracting away the network configuration commands for us.
In WSL2, we have no such hand holding, and have to do it with netsh v4 proxy commands

Or the equivalent Powershell native option.

That's not necessarily how it works, just FYI. Hospitals do have funds setup for those without insurance and most states have plans in place for the uninsured. There's more to it, but it's not "you almost died, here's a 6 figure bill"

If you ever spin up a docker image to run a service, you'll see a part where you do somethinglike 5000:5000 That's telling Docker to setup port 5000 on the host, to point at port 5000 on the guest.

This is the part you have to do manually if you want to do it in WSL2 kali.

The other, other, option. Is run the OpenVPN connection inside the WSL2 instance directly.

Yes, within the kali instance on wsl running OpenVPN I had already done it, but it hurts me because of the burp that I use on windows directly because I think it's better.

However, it's not necessary to spend that time today for whichever room you're working on 😄

From a young age, i really liked coding and i signed for a course. I learnt scratch (basic) and code in an application called LiveCode. The Constructer, Tutor, Teacher, whatever, said i was very good for my age and allowed me to join the Python Course (18+) but then something happened and i got cut off for a long time, later i saw a video of a guy talking about coding, so i got interested in coding again so i went to sign up for the course but they said i have to take a robotics course which i really dont know why i had to, and i just didnt and thought of trying to get ChatGPT to teach me 😂 then i kept trying and trying and till know i cant even understand loops i only know variables, type of variable (true or false, int, etc..) and print("") and Input and it frustrated me so i tried to ask Chatgpt for hacking thats ethical just to try and get the hint of coding and understand a little more then it told me i can test companies' websites after signing up and told me to use a Virtual Machine and downaload Kali Linux. and i knew i cant even code so thought might aswell let it code of me (stupid asf, ik). so i came here to ask if there is any risk, but i really just give up atp. i have 13$ on paypal (i dont use paypal i only got 20$ from a competiton, and couldnt find any free, or cheap python teaching websites.

Speex wouldn't have a nice a voice quality, but could work on much less optimal conditions.

Working with ulaw/alaw I tend to allocate 80Kbps to cover Ethernet/packet processing overheads.
