as for FPS, you can create a sort of aimbot on python. It bypasses most kernel anti-cheats. At least 2 or 3 months ago, idk now, for certain games where you could program a 'baby-one' and it could be effective.

To expand on what the others said - A lot of us use Virtual Machines (VM). The popular software for it are VirtualBox(VB) and VMware. VB is a lot easier find and download. The basic concept is that the software runs another operating system in a window on your computer. Like this:

the benefit of this is that you can try out different operating systems. If they break or don't work - It's no big deal, as you can just fire up a new one. Theres also a feature where you can take a 'snapshot'. This is basically a 'save point'. so if you mess it up completely, you can just roll back to when it worked 🙂

As for software - you are correct in some ways. LOADS of everyday software is made for Windows. It's the most common operating system after all. For Hacking though, many of the tools we use are basically just programs/scripts run from the terminal (command line in Linux).

@naive violet hey man, stupid question. How do I know how hot my kitchen is? I never understood how someone even professional knows how to cook the same well in different tops!! Each kitchen have different temps!

The temperature of the kitchen is less important for cooking, compared to baking
Unless you mean how how the pan is?

You develop an intuition for how hot the pan is, based on how oil/food/water behaves in the pan

Yeah about the pan. Cause for my stove I turned the button to 3 and in 4 minutes the pan was too hot for water to glide so ig 1 is for low heat? I mean when someone says "high heat" how I could know what setting it is

Isn't 1 2 3 very limited in temps? And I guess it would mean low medium and high heat? But in another kitchen my high heat would be they're medium heat? Or they have more settings. Haha confusing for a beginner

if you go soc or pentesting, you need to learn the foundations, get comfortable with the basic, understand how things work, then when you have that nail down you can go either route. It's true you can get more "entry position" in a soc than as a pentester
