Although lots of people do it wrong with two wrenches. the guides tell you to hook them both on the sides of the hasp and squeeze to pull sideways. The easier method is to hook on on the top of the hasp and the other on the body to 'pull' the hasp away from the body upwards, as the weakpoints are where the spring/lock are
