what about keeping that rule of being accepted to said channels if the person is 0xD level but also make a ticket system where people could also apply for it?
one for example could be level 0x8 and have more experience than a 0xD level person but in order to access the channel, he still needs to farm 0xD, why? especially if he doesn't have the time, why isn't a ticket system with applying and providing proper background be considered into allowing said person to access those channels?
especially since some people can just check writeups of CTF's and quickly grind levels just until they reach 0xD and then access those "advanced" channels
