I just discovered that you can temporarily burn an inverted colors image into your eyes for around max 3 minutes I think if you stare at the very lit up picture for long. I'm actually running a very lightweight script in my brain that allows me to spectate live logs of brain activity when the logic functions of the frontal lobe start shutting off, allowing me to actually know when I'm starting to fall asleep right until the script times out and everything shuts off. Very interesting

That's actually how you can fall asleep very fast, in like 1 minute. Either you know how to monitor your state and realize what you have to do or randomly stumble on this "trick". Basically you want to defocus on your logical thinking, also known as just "thinking" simply put and avert your attention to the "mind pictures" that start being generated when the brain is becoming stale, if you keep holding onto those picture it will become easier and easier to follow and more and more nonsense will start being generated. The script just allows you to focus on logical thinking for a second in the middle of these and assess if the pictures makes sense in reality or were they illusions you didn't think of "yourself". Then you fall asleep
