I think i found you need to use burp sweet to edit some part of the request to redirect to an IP or something, then access at uploads/shell.php : but the steps to get there I need to be pointed out essentially whre to connect the dots. And if the blue team, you build protecting and security, doesn't feel like my thing . It can also be stressful because sometimes you have to respond rapidly
