You could try to use a forensic system like Caine. There is some data recovery software on that OS. I have never been successful. If the the memory cells have already been overwritten with a 0 its unlikely to recover but possible

its less possible for flash as it uses a flash memory or the electrical charge to write data to memory cells. for an hdd as @molten sky said its not spinning steel. the theory is called magnetic resonance and is way more successful for drives that dont use flash storage. For a ssd or usb you would need an expensive forensics cyber lab. its not a rabbit hole worth going down for flash

Just cus I was bored- I was going to make another video, was making a whole perspective grid of the corrected squares (at least one side of the squares in original graphic is a bit shifted so it can't sync the grid with other squares which has a slightly different shift) and making them square then shifting the perspective to show that even then most of them aren't aligned. Pretty sure these are manually made squares on the perspective and not using a tool.

How "fundamental" is it? If its talking about specific web attacks like the OWASP Top 10 then yeah, just before the Jr Penetration tester. Otherwise I'd put it even before the specific career skills set (so in the complete beginning/introduction to cyber section)
