Fair Microsoft has licensing restrictions on RDP, which one unofficial terminal server device notably bypassed, but VNC will just werk anywhere. There’s tons more solutions to this problem though and it’s something we use in line of business quite a bit

Then it kept spamming NSFW notifications and even though I clicked "disable notifications from this website" on the popup they kept coming, then they were coming so fast you couldn't click the dialog box. Eventually I just disabled ALL notifications and they stopped.

You can get small cheap IP67 boxes and some cable entry grommets.
Antenna waterproofing is more of a challenge - N connectors and self amalgamating tape are your friend if you want to be able to take it apart to maintain it
