I am trying to sell a couch on facebook market and another website.

I was contacted today by a woman who wanted to buy it, for asking price and barely any questions (first big red flag). She wanted to use a app that employed people to do chores, in this case pickup and deliver the couch. The app is legit but the facebook user sent me a link which was not.

Basically I signed on to reserve a certain amount of cash for validation.

I was sceptical all the time but I am in a position where I really need the money, badly. So I let all those worries go and trusted......

There were so many red flags its insane honestly, I saw them all, I considered them all, I ignored them all.

I have a bad habit of getting very interested in something, study it for 1-2 months and after, nothing because Ive gotten bored of it.

I'm similar, and what i'd say is it's okay to take a break and reflect on what's important to you.

For me personally I have big waves of motivation and then a long downtime period before finding the motivation again maybe slightly altered with a different direction. And I'm at peace with that because it's got me to where I want to be and seems to be pointing me to where I want to go.

Be forgiving to yourself.

with a bit of downtime and self-reflection, you'll figure out why you were motivated in the first place, and look at it with fresh eyes.
