i think it was because you rejected the idea that there are some people who do not fit into the 20thC definitions of gender neatly, and that you rejected the idea that there are more varieties of chromosomal expression than XY and XX (despite there literally being hundreds, biologically and scientifically speaking), that lead the person to say you're transphobic. Because rejecting that kind of thing is generally the position of transphobic attitudes.
