Sometimes i dont understand what a room expects me to do so i check a walkthrough as far as the first question and then go "ahhh ok" and blast through the rest of the room on my own.

Sometimes i do an entire room solo.

Sometimes i get halfway through a room and get stuck so i check a walkthrough for the question giving me the headache, then return to solo.

Sometimes i just fully don't understand a room at all and go thru step by step w/ a video walkthru and make sure i understand everything as i do it.

Imo all these are valid things to do. It's called learning.
