KOTH is nice , But i would focus on Capture the flags speciall Medium level and you will notice some of them are more interesting and a bit more realistic then the others . PEH Course also includes some CTF's which are also pretty nice . and in PEH you will also build your own AD lab and then do AD attacks and stuff which is great because you also setup the lab

And that too by storing user hashes in memory which can be unsafe, even though its hashed?
