I would say that Windows and Linux and Mac all their use-cases in the corporate world, and it's not a thing you can easily survey

Metric is skewed. When one says 'more used', is that implying desktop + server, server only, or desktop only? Macbooks have eaten into a huge portion of the corporate laptop world, and desktops are actually starting to become less common than laptops.
As far as servers go, I don't really trust any of hte published numbers because every one of those surveys I've seen has a bias based on who performed it, and filtering that out is extremely difficult. It gets further complicated because many Windows Server installs are hosted on a cloud that's using Linux as a host os.
