2. install shortcuts app, create shortcut to detect some of the message text, automatically mark as read and delete

Not really.
Sometimes, they got your number from a data leak, sometimes they just spam out enough message to reach you somehow.
I'd recommend just blocking all spam numbers.

If you are really heavily annoyed by it, you can get a new sim card/phone number, but that will only fix the issue if your phone number was in a data leak.

Also report all these messages, if you can somehow.

The reason certs exist isn't for the employee's benefit: it's an easy way for an employer to show stakeholders (such as auditors and b2b customers) that they are doing due diligence in hiring and retaining experts as demonstrated by the certification. If there's no business need for the cert, it doesn't have much value in the actual workplace.

Irrelevant. It's a virtual machine running in the cloud. As long as you have enough RAM to run a web browser, that's all you need.

Oh and you can run multiple machines at once and no time limit on the attackbox + kali linux
