Our generation (Dolphin and I) kinda had it rough though with two recessions 10 years apart, with the first being right when we entered the workforce lol. But adult things, US economy at least seems to be improving after rapid inflation

I try to but it’s been since like 2016ish that I’ve made anything significant. I want to do more work on iPad as a creative tool since that’s like perfect in an ideal world.

Photoshop sucks since it’s still missing rulers and guides years later. But Affinity Photo 2 seems nice

Also Kirta on Linux is just lovely (also cross platform fwiw)

ah yeah I have no idea what tools these days are even capable of but I also used to do tons of photoshopping back in the day. Like Teemo art on DeviantArt etc 😂 the first ""website"" I made was for our multimedia design class where I would just sort of paint a page in Photoshop and then use that as a background for my un-responsive super basic HTML pages 🙂

I've not used pygame but think about. Its really small with less logic but if it grows, maybe i switch to pygame.

Totally fair, yeah main benefit is just handling a lot of the input and graphics API calls and etc a bit more easily, but Python is so darn flexible that I can’t blame you
